Class WATER – Yoga for Ages 8–12
Wednesdays | 4:15–5:00pm
These uplifting sessions encourage independence and self-awareness through breath work, dynamic yoga sequences, and group discussions using mandala cards. With plenty of space for free movement and self-expression, each class is a joyful, inclusive experience that builds friendships, confidence, and kindness.

Class EARTH – Yoga for Ages 5–7
Wednesdays | 5:15–5:45pm
This magical 30-minute session combines storytelling, music, and yoga-based games to help younger children explore mindfulness and movement. It’s a gentle and engaging way for them to build a “toolkit of calm” to carry with them into school, home, and beyond.
