We’re delighted to welcome adults of all levels to our inspiring and inclusive dance classes.
Whether you’re returning to dance or trying something new, we have the perfect class for you. Our adult classes are fun, social, and energising – a great way to stay active, learn a new skill, and enjoy moving in a supportive environment.

Our adult tap classes are energetic, social, and skill-building — with options for beginners through to advanced dancers.
8:15–9:15pm
Working with the Advanced ISTD syllabus, we offer two classes within our advanced tap programme which is for accomplished tap dancers with many years of experience. Content includes wings, maxifords, close-work turns, syncopation, fast time steps and more.
Class 1 – Miss Amy (steady pace): focused on rhythms, clarity, and sound quality
(Both classes cover the same material, taught at different paces.)

8:15–9:15pm
Perfect if you’re completely new to tap. You’ll learn the fundamentals step-by-step in a relaxed and friendly setting, building confidence, coordination, rhythm, and basic technique.

Ideal if you’ve done some tap before (or are returning after a break) and want to build on the basics. You’ll develop speed, clarity, and vocabulary while learning longer step sequences and improving technique.

Designed for dancers with a solid foundation and a few years of experience. You’ll develop vocabulary and technique while learning more challenging sequences, including triple time steps, riffs and rolls, and more.
If you love ballet, come and join us. We offer classes from absolute beginner through to advanced level, so there’s something for everyone.
Adult ballet is an ideal way to improve mobility, posture, coordination, energy levels, and core strength, while supporting a positive mind-body balance.
7:15–8:15pm
A lovely classical ballet class suitable for all levels.
Adult ballet is an ideal opportunity to help improve mobility, posture, coordination and energy levels. It also helps core strength and positive mind balance.
Classes will allow you to work at your pace and enjoy the beauty of ballet.
7:20–8:10pm
This fun class will teach those with little or no experience the absolute basics of ballet. Learning to dance is a great way of keeping fit whilst having a lot of fun and improves posture, coordination, strength, stamina and overall well being and mental health.
8:15–9:15pm
Advanced Ballet with Miss Amy is suitable for dancers with many years of training. Approximately Grade 5 to Advanced 1 level in ballet. A comprehensive and exciting ballet class working on technique, artistry, strength and style. Pointe work is optional for those who have previously been trained.

All prices are subject to 20% VAT. You can choose termly booking (best value) or a weekly drop-in.
£10.00 per class
12-week total: £120.00 + VAT = £144.00
Why book termly?
This is the most economical option and guarantees your place each week. It also includes added flexibility: if you miss your usual class one week, you may attend a different adult class instead (subject to space/availability).
If you join after the term has started, your fee will be pro-rated, so you only pay for the remaining weeks.
If you can’t commit to a full 12-week block, you can drop in:
£16.00 per class includes VAT (paid per session)
Please note: drop-in is significantly more expensive than termly booking.
Prices are slightly less for the 50 minute beginners ballet class at £9.00 per class plus VAT
New customers are welcome to try a class first before signing up for the remainder of the term.
