How the trial works
Strength meets artistry
Build skills in the air and on the floor
Acro blends lyrical technique with tumbling, flexibility, balance and partner work. Our specialist equipment and aerial hoop help dancers develop trust, confidence and control in a safe, creative class.
Acro and hoop classes are only for dancers who already attend core dance classes at LLDS.
Who acro is for
Acro skills start in Reception, where Acrobatic Arts provides a safe foundation in balance and flexibility as part of Super Stars. From there, Acro and Aerial Hoop are taken alongside a core dance class.
Year 3+
Ages 7+. Add Acro alongside Classic Stars, Dynamic Stars or both.
Inters Age 11+
Inters (Intermediate) dancers add Acro alongside core technical training.
Seniors Age 14+
Add Acro alongside pre-vocational or vocational grades.
