Your first class
Leggings and a T-shirt, or a leotard.
Both groups run at our studio, 208 Sydenham Road, London SE26 5SE, and cost the same.
How the trial works
Two groups
Move with meaning
Senior Contemporary is for teens aged 13 and up, who explore emotional expression, floor work and travelling sequences to uplifting playlists.
Contemporary Company is for dancers aged 8 to 13 on Saturdays. Both groups run alongside a dancer's core class.

Who contemporary is for
Contemporary sits alongside a dancer's core class. It is taught by Miss Amy Thomas, who holds the DDE in Ballet, Modern and Tap and brings professional performance and international commercial dance experience to the studio. Meet the team.
Inters Age 11+
Inters (Intermediate) dancers add Contemporary alongside core technical training.
Seniors Age 14+
Senior Contemporary sits alongside pre-vocational and vocational grades.
Modern Classes
ISTD Modern Theatre pairs well with contemporary, and runs at every age group.
