Time to celebrate our LLDS teachers own successes.
What exciting news for the school, our wonderful Miss Melinda – Head of Ballet has just started her new position as a lecturer in Dance Education at the Royal Academy of Dance.
She will be teaching across the BA(Hons) in Ballet Education, BA(Hons) in Dance Education, and MA in Education (Dance Teaching) programmes, including ballet technique, ballet repertoire, philosophy of dance, and somatic approaches to dance teaching. Her role will also be supervising student dissertations and tutoring on the RAD’s dance teacher placement programme, and be a coordinator for incoming students.
This is truly an amazing teaching position at the distinguished RAD and we are all very proud of this achievement.
